Zinc stearate for coating grade, is white fine powder,easy absorption of moisture, greasy feeling, combustible and the melting points

is 118 centigrade, not dissolve in water, ethanol,ethyl ether; can dissolve in hot organic solvents and acids; it will be decomposed to stearic acid and Zinc salts when reacting with strong acids.
